Veteran’s United Home Loans Amphitheater in Va Beach Announces New Policies for 2021 Season

Veteran’s United Home Loans Amphitheater in Virginia Beach has updated their rules to promote public health. The new guidelines are as follows:

• All payments are contactless. For fans who bring cash to the show, they’ll be able to use a cash-to-card machine at the main entrance’s Guest Services location.

• Your phone is your ticket. You’ll be able to add tickets to your phone via an app, and even transfer tickets to your friends’ devices too.

• Bring clear bags only. To reduce security staff rummaging through all your stuff, you’ll need to bring clear bags with your belongings inside. For clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC bags, the limit is 12x6x12″, while for small clutch bags, the limit is 4.5×6.5″.

With all this info, you’ll be ready to enjoy all the shows that are finally coming back to Hampton Roads! Have fun, stay hydrated, and follow the new rules to make sure your concert experience is a great time.

Blankets and cushions are allowed (restricted on some shows).

Camera Policy

Recording devices are permitted. however no Flash photography, video recording, or removable lens devices are permitted. Unless otherwise approved by the venue.

Lawn Chair Policy

Personal Lawn chairs are permitted, please ensure that the back of the seat is no longer than 9″ tall, from the ground up.

Most food items are allowed into the venue as long as they fit in a one gallon clear zip-loc style bag. Patrons will be asked to show the contents of the bags for safety reasons, one clear, sealed bottle of water is allowed per person.

Children Rules

Children under two years are will be allowed into the venue, free of charge. Family specials: Certain shows will be designated as a family special. This permits one child (12 yrs or under) free admission onto the festival lawn with each adult ticket holder.
