NFL HQ building shooter diagnosed with CTE

Shane Tamura, who killed four people and then himself in a July shooting at the NFL HQ building, was posthumously diagnosed with chronic traumatic encephalopathy, according to a statement from the New York City Officer of the Chief Medical Examiner.
