Clinton Yates is bringing his unique take on sports to 94.1 ESPN, keeping us up to date on all the breaking news as it happens. He’ll be joined by many of his ESPN friends as they cover all the angles of the sports world.

Clinton Yates
Clinton Yates is a columnist, commentator, and host for ESPN. Since joining the company in 2016, he’s become a prominent voice across ESPN platforms, including Around the Horn, SportsCenter, and ESPN Radio. He was part of the original editorial team that launched Andscape, ESPN’s Black multimedia content studio formerly known as The Undefeated.
Yates has created award-nominated, multiplatform storytelling for ESPN, including the 30 for 30 podcast Rickey Won’t Quit, the YouTube series Threads, and a long-form feature on the University of Virginia football team’s return to normalcy after tragedy.
Before ESPN, Yates spent nine years at The Washington Post, covering sports, culture, and politics, and contributed commentary for WTOP News Radio. Today, he’s also a regular host on ESPN 710 Los Angeles. A Washington, D.C. native, Yates is an alum of Miami (Ohio) University.
