Coach James Franklin, quarterback Drew Allar and the rest of the No. 3 Penn State Nittany Lions lost yet another game to a top-10 opponent, as the No. 6 Oregon Ducks posted a thrilling 30-24 victory in double overtime at Beaver Stadium.
