IndyCar perplexed by ICE ‘Speedway’ imagery

IndyCar driver Pato O’Ward and series officials were shocked by a social media post from the Department of Homeland Security that touted plans for an immigration detention center in Indiana dubbed the “Speedway Slammer.”
