Sinner moves past elbow injury, ends Shelton run

Jannik Sinner, wearing a white arm sleeve over the right elbow he injured in his previous match, earned a routine 7-6 (2), 6-4, 6-4 win over American Ben Shelton on Wednesday to reach the Wimbledon semifinals.
