Rose Bowl, city file restraining order against UCLA

The city of Pasadena and the Rose Bowl Operating Company filed a request for a preliminary injunction and temporary restraining order attempting to prevent UCLA from leaving the Rose Bowl and ending its lease until pending litigation is resolved.
