Fit check: USC jersey-swap fake illegal, B1G says

The Big Ten says USC should have been assessed a 15-yard unsportsmanlike conduct penalty stemming from the Trojans’ fake punt in which a backup quarterback wearing the same number as the punter threw for a first down.
