Jim Long is the voice for morning news and traffic during Mike & Mike in the Morning on ESPN Radio 94.1. Jim is also the morning news anchor for brother radio stations Star 1310 and 92.9 The Wave and can occasionally be heard on 97.3 The Eagle.
Jim grew up in Amherst, Virginia and got his start in radio in nearby Lynchburg. He studied Physical Education and Communications at Longwood College (now Longwood University). Favorite teams include the Miami Dolphins and San Antonio Spurs.
Jim lives in Virginia Beach with his wife, Mary, and two daughters, Megan and Delaney.
